Strawberry Lemonade by Sherri and Chelsi
Our adventure kicks off with the refreshing hues of Strawberry Lemonade. Sherri and Chelsi have crafted a collection that exudes sweetness and charm. Set to hit stores in January, this collection caught my eye with the super pretty teal and apricot colors. I will be using this collection in the upcoming charity quilt along with Fat Quarter Shop called Moonbeams. The proceeds from the quilt along benefits Make-A-Wish.
Montage and Sunshine Girl: Strawberry Lemonade Patterns
In the realm of pattern releases for the Strawberry Lemonade collection, two favorites stand out. Montage is a Fat Eighth-friendly pattern finishing at 80×80. Sunshine Girl, a delightful fat quarter-friendly design completing at 75×88.
Old Glory Collection by Lella Boutique: Patriotic Elegance
February brings a touch of patriotism with the Old Glory Collection. Lella Boutique’s softer hues redefine the traditional red, white, and blue. The Grand Finale quilt pattern, which is charm pack and fat quarter-friendly, is leaving me torn between choosing either the silver or the blue colorway.
Sweet Land of Liberty Panel
The Sweet Land of Liberty panel that was released along with the Old Glory fabric collection is super cute as well. The panel is 49 x 54 inches and can be easily quilted as is to make an easy throw quilt. Or you can add some coordinating borders to make it larger.
My Summer House by Bunny Hill Designs
March 2024 brings forth a bloom of creativity with Bunny Hill Designs’ My Summer House. This fabric collection will be featured in the Designer Mystery 2024 quilt along. I’ve participated in the Designer Mystery Quilt along for 4 years now and have enjoyed every single year. I look forward to using the My Summer House fabric collection in this quilt along.

Flower Girl by My Sew Quilty Life
Flower Girl is the first collection from My Sew Quilty Life. It is a lovely collection that is light and sunny. My Sew Quilty Life is hosting a block of the month with her pattern Flower Stand which is absolutely darling. I debated for days but ultimately decided to pass on the block of the month…for now. But I do intend to make something with her beautiful debut collection of lovely sun washed fabrics.
Shoreline by Camille Roskelley
Shoreline by Camille Roskelley is the much anticipated sister collection to the wildly popular collection Nantucket Summer. I’ve made 4 quilts from Nantucket Summer and will most likely make several from the Shoreline collection. The Sand and Sea quilt pattern has caught my eye and finishes at 78 x 78. I also have the pattern Lighthouse that was released with Nantucket Summer that would look amazing in one of the navy blue prints from Shoreline.
Jelly and Jam by Fig Tree & Co
The month of April brings a classic touch with Jelly and Jam by Fig Tree & Co. The timeless style of Joanna Figueroa shines Jelly and Jam by Fig Tree & Co is another favorite. I’m a big fan of Joanna Figueroa and her fabric collections. The colors and prints in this fabric collection feel like classic Fig Tree. I can’t wait to find a project to use this fabric with when it is released in April 2024.
Best of Ombre Confetti Metallic by V & Co
Another collection that caught my eye is the Best of Ombre Confetti Metallic by V & Co. which will be released in March. I’ve never used any of the V & Co Ombre fabrics, but they are intriguing with their vibrant colors and the patterns that go with them are beautiful. This just might be the year that I make a quilt with them. I particularly like the Ombre Triangles pattern. I love the look of triangle quilts and the Ombre on this one is stunning.
The Great Outdoors by Stacy Iest Hsu: Whimsical Charm
Whimsy takes over in March with Stacy Iest Hsu’s The Great Outdoors collection. This is such a fun collection for any outdoor enthusiast. The Big Bear Forest and Paddling Bears quilt patterns are so fun and whimsical. I also really love the outdoorsy feel of the Explore, Discover, Camp quilt kit and have it set to notify me when it comes in stock at Fat Quarter Shop. The two cut and sew panels for this collection are adorable and on my list to make for a special little one in my life. The play campfire and bear backpack are darling.
Starberry by Corey Yoder
As we approach May it’s time to think about Christmas fabric releases so that quilts can be made in time to be used during the holiday season. The festive Starberry collection by Corey Yoder promises a classic blend of red and green, offering the perfect complement to my existing Christmas quilt made with Corey Yoder fabric.
There you have it! 9 collections that I’m in love with so far! If the new Moda fabric collections for the first half of 2024 are any indication, I’m going to be one busy quilter this year. What new collections are inspiring you this year?
