You will need the Triangle Gatherings book which has 100 quilt block layouts using half square triangles. Primitive Gatherings sells triangle papers in a variety of sizes to make this super easy. I opted to make the 6″ quilt blocks which uses the 3/4 inch finished half square triangles. I’ve never made half square triangles so small but am looking forward to the challenge.

Each week on the Stitch with Lisa Bongean YouTube channel, Lisa will announce two block numbers to be made that week. You’re invited to share your completed blocks in her Facebook group as well. This quilt along is going to last through the year to make it easy to follow along with just two blocks per week. The first week was blocks 1 and 48 from the Triangle Gatherings book.

I’m using a fat quarter bundle of Free Spirit solids and a Kona grey and black bundle that I had in my stash along with Bella 98 White background fabric.
