Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Treeline Quilting, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Certain items such as digital downloads, patterns, and sale/clearance items are non-returnable.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at treelinequilting@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please email us at treelinequilting@gmail.com Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
