• We offer $5.95 flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders, regardless of size or weight.
• From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on our website.

Shipping Methods

• Orders are shipped using the best available shipping option, which may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
• During peak times (such as holidays or major sales), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Delivery Times

• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location and the carrier.
• Please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once a package is in the hands of the carrier.

International Shipping

• At this time, we do not ship internationally. U.S. addresses only.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your package is lost or delayed, please reach out to us at treelinequilting@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
